Structural Design

The Chartered Engineers within CHA provide structural assistance to our in house design team. They also provide a direct design service to a variety of clients including property owners, building contractors and architects.

Our structural design service considers the clients requirements from a simple beam installation to a new build structure. We assess the various options available and provide the most practical, safe and cost effective solution.

Our structural services are available for domestic, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. A list of the services offered by CHA is provided below.

All of our designs are carried out in accordance with British Standards which provide recommendations for minimum requirements taking into account safety, quality, economy and fitness for intended purposes. Our designs will incorporate all information required to comply with Building Regulations.

Our designs concentrate on simplicity and buildability on all occasions. This enables the works to proceed quickly with a view to reducing the overall contract period.

CHA maintain a list of approved contractors who have the expertise to carry out structural building contracts. As an additional service we can organise and project manage the structural works.
