Several of the Chartered Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers within CHA have previously worked in the Loss Adjusting profession. This knowledge and experience within our organization enables us to provide an effective and speedy service. Our professional service assists with the handling of building related insurance claims on domestic, commercial and industrial properties

We have developed a proven track record to work independently or as outsourcers for major Loss Adjusters and insurance companies. Our service is focused on customer care which provides that all important link between the policyholder and the claims handler

From our Head Office in Hexham, we are centrally located to provide an efficient service throughout the North of England and Southern Scotland. When required, we have flexibility to assist our clients by providing nationwide coverage to help with major events such as the South Yorkshire floods

Our claims handling service includes a detailed assessment of the building to identify the nature and extent of damage. Once policy liability issues have been resolved, we produce contract documentation for the reinstatement process. Builders with appropriate skills and experience are selected from our approved list to tender for the repair work. CHA project manage the reinstatement scheme to completion. We actively encourage teamwork between all parties to seek a successful and speedy solution
